The table also shows the percentage of significant (FDR <0.05 and FC >2) down- and upregulated genes. (B) Venn diagram representing the GDE between septic shock and healthy volunteers using a false discovery rate (FDR) adjusted probability <0.05. Values represent the number of unique Entrez genes found significantly changed in whole blood of patients at the onset of shock (H0) and 24 and 48 h after (H24 and H48).
