Experimental protocol for the mouse model of pulmonary blast injury using laser-induced shock wave (LISW) treatment. Black rubber laser target with a Q-switched ruby laser was irradiated to generate LISW. Plasma formed at the interface between the transparent material and black rubber. Patches were placed on the dorsal skin over the right and left lungs to generate bilateral lung damage
