The change in concentration after resuscitation compared to after haemorrhage within groups was evaluated with paired t test corrected for multiple analyses with the Bonferroni correction (*P < 0.05). Differences in between groups after resuscitation was analysed with one-way repeated measurement ANOVA followed by post hoc testing using the Newman-Keuls correction
