  1. CPIS clinical pulmonary infection score. A CPIS score value ā‰„ā€‰6 was considered suggestive of pneumonia. Chest radiographs were not collected. Nevertheless, given the initial healthy status of the animal and the macroscopic lung examination upon autopsy, we assumed in all pigs localized chest radiograph infiltrates in case of confirmed pulmonary infiltrates upon autopsy
