The patient exhibits a high plateau ICP during infusion (35 mmHg), a high RAP index close to + 1 with elevated elasticity (0.25 ml⁻¹), indicating poor compensatory reserve and increased resistance R to CSF outflow (15 mmHg × ml⁻¹ × min⁻¹). This case illustrates disturbed CSF circulation and the need for a limited period without a bone flap, something that only an infusion study might confirm
