Differences in gene expression between SAPSII-low and SAPSII-high groups. (A) Heat map of 142 probe sets whose expression was (i) greater than or equal to twofold different (FDR <0.05) when comparing healthy volunteers with SAPSII-low (Low) or SAPSII-high (High) groups and (ii) also significantly different (FDR <0.05) between both groups of septic shock patients. Clustering was done using Euclidian distance method after normalization (shift probe set expression to mean of zero and scale to standard deviation of 1).
