In this experiment, an affluent volume of 900 mL/h and an ultrafiltration rate of 80 mL/h were set. C, D Show 9990 data points collected during 362 min of cumulative affluent volume and cumulative ultrafiltration volume, respectively, as well as the predicted cumulative affluent and ultrafiltration volumes. In this experiment, an affluent volume of 900 mL/h and an ultrafiltration rate of 60 mL/h were set. UF denotes ultrafiltration. The configuration 3 of Additional file 1: Fig. S4 was used in this experiment
